Gameday Construction's Workmanship Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage
Gameday Construction warrants to the Customer that all roofing work performed by the Company as detailed in the contract is free from defects in workmanship for a period of 15 years from the date of completion of the roofing project.

2. Scope of Warranty
This workmanship warranty includes, but is not limited to:
• Installation of roofing materials including shingles, underlayment, all flashing, metal valley, and associated components.
• Proper sealing and caulking of roof penetrations.

3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by severe weather events including but not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, hail, or any other acts of God.
• Damage caused by improper maintenance or neglect by the Customer or third parties.
• Any alterations or repairs made to the roofing system after the date of completion were not performed by Gameday Construction.
• Any damages not caused by improper Installation. Any defects in the material would be covered by the Manufacturer.

4. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
• Perform regular maintenance on the roof as recommended by Gameday Construction.
• Promptly notify the Company of any signs of leaks, issues, or defects in the roofing system.
• Allow the Company reasonable access to the property to inspect the roof if needed.

5. Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim under this policy, the Customer must:
1. Provide written notice to Gameday Construction within 48 Hours of discovering any defect in workmanship.
2. Include a detailed description of the defect, photographs if possible, and any relevant contracts or documents.
3. Allow Gameday Construction to inspect the defect prior to any repair work being done.

6. Remedy
If a defect in workmanship is confirmed by Gameday Construction, we will:
• Repair or replace, at its discretion, the defective portion of the roofing system at no charge to the Customer.

7. Transferability
This workmanship warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original property owner.

8. Limitations of Liability
The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship and does not include any consequential damages, loss of use, or any related costs incurred by the Customer.
